About Shanghai Student Research Journal
Created during the Shanghai lockdown of 2022, this Journal showcases research conducted by high school and undergraduate students. Our purpose was to organize a platform for young scholars to stay connected through sharing research they have done across a range of fields: from biology to economics to philosophy. Within a world of increasing polarization, which has sown public mistrust in science and splintered scientific dialogue, this Journal hopes to be a place for young minds in Shanghai and beyond to exchange ideas, find an audience for their research, and learn from each other.
